Founder and owner

Brian Beaty

Brian got his first computer in 1986, opened a dot-com cafe in 1998 and, in late 1999, worked out how Google’s page rank really worked. He has been helping businesses earn the top spots ever since, hiring people with disabilities and veterans to work from home and teaching interns from the local community colleges along the way.

He leads from his wheelchair, sets the standard that results beat reports and has never run an ad. He answers to one person in the office, and that person has fur.

Charlie

Charlie is a dog, and he takes the job very seriously. His areas of expertise include morale, brand loyalty, quality control by sniffing and getting everyone to take a break and go outside.

He signs off on every campaign from the couch, requires no salary beyond treats and has never been caught sending a report. In short, the perfect results-based executive.

Brian’s team is made up of 12 SEO employees who are mostly disabled, 3 social media employees, a technical specialist and several volunteers and interns.

SEO specialists

Brian’s SEO team has twelve employees, and most of them are disabled. They research, write, build, fix and track everything that moves a website up the rankings, from local and technical SEO to answer engine and AI search work.

Three social media employees plan, write and publish posts, manage profiles and reviews and keep every channel pointed back to the website, where the customers actually convert.

One technical specialist keeps the websites fast, secure and tracked: hosting, speed, schema, analytics, call tracking and the free tools you can try on this site.
